Rule of thumb guidance for cooking veggies in the oven.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F. Chop veggies and toss in olive oil, salt, and spices.
  2. Rule of thumb: bake for 15-18 mins. Check. Cook times vary on size and veggie type.
    • Root veggies (potatoes, carrots): 25-45 mins
    • Dense veggies (broccoli, caulilflower, brussel sprouts): 15-20 mins
    • Soft veggies (zucchini, bell pepper, asparagus, green beans): 10-15 mins
