Chicken Thigh Marinade

Easy to prepare and throw in on the cast iron. Stolen from wellplated by Erin. Easy to combine with some oven veggies and rice.

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade, and toss with chicken. Marinade at room temp for 30 mins, or refrigerate 12 hours.
  2. Cook on stove in cast iron, ~7 min per side. Break up into chunks with tongs and cook in sauce until 155-160*F (temp will continue to rise as it rests).
